Car maintenance log

Knows what your car needs before it does.
One Coffee Car Care keeps the record so you don't have to. Log a fill-up in a few seconds, log a service when it happens, and the app works out what is coming due — by date and by mileage, whichever arrives first.

What it does
Reminders that arrive early
An interval like "every 12 months or 15,000 km" is two deadlines. The app tracks both and projects your mileage from how you actually drive, so it tells you before the date passes — not after.
Fuel economy that is correct
Consumption is calculated across full-tank windows, so a splash-and-dash never produces a nonsense figure. Read it as L/100 km, MPG or km/L.
Documents with expiry dates
Insurance, inspection, road tax: issuer, reference, cost and the date it runs out.
Petrol, diesel, hybrid or electric
Litres and kWh are both first-class. A plug-in hybrid's fuel and charging sit side by side in one history.
Works with no signal
Underground car park, rural filling station, ferry deck — everything runs on the device, so the app opens and saves instantly.
Your records, your file
Export everything to a file whenever you want, and bring your history in from other car apps.
Your car tells you what it needs — usually a week after you needed to know. One Coffee Car Care is a car maintenance log and fuel tracker for Android that keeps the whole history on your phone: every fill-up, every service, every document with an expiry date. One button opens any entry screen from anywhere, and fields that repeat — your usual station, the services you book, the issuer on your policy — suggest what you typed last time.
New to keeping a service record? Start with why a service interval is two deadlines and how to work out fuel economy when you never fill to the top.
What this version does not do
- Tracks one car.
- No sync between devices — use export and import to move to a new phone.
- No photos of receipts or documents. Records only — dates, amounts, references.
- No OBD-II connection.
